Not just anything either. You need to eat a good balance of Proteins, Carbs (YES! CARBS) and fats!
I recommend a 40 โข 30 โข 30 percentage to โญ๏ธART!
2๏ธโฃ Be patient. It takes time to grow. Expecting overnight success will only leave you feeling defeated!
3๏ธโฃ Lift! Bands, the stair monster and resistance bands alone, will not grow ๐โs!
