Not just anything either. You need to eat a good balance of Proteins, Carbs (YES! CARBS) and fats!

I recommend a 40 โ€ข 30 โ€ข 30 percentage to โญ๏ธART!

2๏ธโƒฃ Be patient. It takes time to grow. Expecting overnight success will only leave you feeling defeated!

3๏ธโƒฃ Lift! Bands, the stair monster and resistance bands alone, will not grow ๐Ÿ‘โ€™s!

I get it, some how it does make sense. If I eat less, shouldnt I lose weight?

Yes and no!

Yes a caloric deficit (more calories being expended vs consumed) will have you losing weight.

However, most do this by eating 1-2x a day!

This slows down your metabolism, causing you to have ZERO energy to get through your day little lone get some exercise in.
